Distilling Riviera Ridge into short school profiles
Challenge
The Riviera Ridge School needed a concise, compelling two-page profile for both their Lower and Middle Schools – something they could share with prospective families to spark interest and inspire action. At the time, they lacked a focused piece of admissions collateral that clearly communicated who they are, what sets them apart, and why families should choose them. The challenge was to distill the heart of the Riviera Ridge experience into a brief yet impactful format that would resonate with busy parents and reflect the school’s mission, warmth, and academic excellence.
Strategy
First, we dove into research, exploring the school’s website and engaging in thoughtful conversations with the Riviera Ridge team, to deeply understand the school’s values, voice, and community. From the start, we knew the profiles needed to feel bright, inviting, and aligned with the existing brand. Because the final pieces were intentionally short, we were strategic about every word and detail included. Our goal was to highlight the most compelling aspects of the Riviera Ridge experience without overwhelming busy prospective parents. In this case, less was truly more.
Impact
The result was two distinct, high-impact pieces: one for Lower School and one for Middle School, each designed to spark curiosity and open the door to deeper conversation. The pieces are used by the admission office as needed throughout the admission process.
